Warner Norcross &amp; Judd LLP represented Consumers Energy Company on its acquisition of a 564-MW gas-fired power plant located in Jackson, Michigan.  Consumers purchased the power plant from AlphaGen Power LLC, an affiliate of J.P. Morgan Ventures Energy Corp.
