The Air & Waste Management Association Lake Michigan States Section is pleased to again offer the Midwest’s most comprehensive annual program on air quality management issues. Conference attendees will hear from all levels of government, industry and professional service representatives on a range of issues including latest developments in air quality and dispersion modeling, new monitoring technologies and best practices for addressing and assessing emerging contaminants in the air sector.
Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Partner Kurt Kissling, a member of the conference planning committee, will moderate a panel discussion on recent federal and state regulatory updates. The panel includes speakers from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency as well as leaders from related state regulatory agencies.
The Oct. 11 event at the Drury Lane Conference Center in Oakbrook, IL., begins with a luncheon at 11:45 a.m. where Debra Shore, EPA’s regional administrator for Great Lakes Region 5, will offer a keynote address. The event concludes with a networking reception at 5:00 p.m.
