Steve Kohl focuses his practice on permitting, compliance and defense of the federal Clean Air Act and state air pollution control laws. He regularly counsels clients on matters under the New Source Review, NSPS, NESHAP and Title V provisions of the Clean Air Act. In addition, he has nearly three decades of broad national experience in environmental law and litigation in multiple industries, including food processing, chemical manufacturing, automotive, utility and cement in matters arising under CERCLA, the Clean Air Act, RCRA and the Clean Water Act.
