Nate handles all of our software and professional services contract work. We have valued his insights, approach and advice for the past several years. He is responsive, practical, highly effective and easy to work with. Contract negotiations can sometimes be difficult and contentious. Nate has never failed to find solutions that protect our interests while satisfying the opposing party’s needs.
