Warner attorneys Sean Cook, Nathan Steed, Allyson Terpsma and Anne Steen presented a webinar focused on challenges and opportunities with having a remote workforce. As more companies have moved to remote work arrangements, either by choice or necessity, there are a variety of legal implications employers should consider. In this webinar, we addressed privacy concerns, wage and hour issues, disability accommodations, workers’ compensation and safety considerations, as well as tax withholding.
