Your Pay Practices May Put You At Risk

Are you exempt from paying employees overtime? Are you sure?  In the wake of proposed federal changes to employee classifications, Warner is offering a complimentary Fair Labor Standards Act consultation to employers. 

New rules from the U.S. Department of Labor, which may go into effect in 2016, will change how employees are classified for purposes of overtime.  While exempt employees are not eligible for overtime, nonexempt employees are under the FLSA – but the rules on these employee categories are changing.
