Absent judicial intervention, ESTA will go into effect as originally adopted on February 19, 2023. Allyson and Anne will provide updates to the pending appeal of the Court of Claims decision, the important differences between the ESTA and the Paid Medical Leave Act, and some of the practical implications of addressing employee leave during this period of uncertainty.
