<a href="/people/nathan-w-steed/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Nate Steed</a> is a partner at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP, and counsels a variety of organizations in technology and data privacy and information security law, and related contracts. His strengths include the acquisition, use and audit of software and hardware and the internet of things. Having a diverse client portfolio has provided Nate with a unique perspective and exposure to a wide range of software vendors offering cutting-edge applications. Nate also serves as a breach coach to clients who have experienced security incidents.

Alex Clark is vice president and cyber practice leader at Hylant, and has extensive experience in the insurance industry, serving as a resource for all things cyber, technology and media. Alex engages both clients and colleagues to assist in the placement of coverage, enhancing the understanding of cyber and emerging risk, and pre and post breach readiness through incident response planning. Alex takes a hands-on approach not only placing coverage with the correct carrier but making sure our clients know how to utilize the policy, how to prevent incidents, minimize payouts and execute incident response plans come claim time.
