Norbert Kugele and Stephanie Grant presented a webinar on the final regulations recently issued on health reimbursement arrangements (“HRAs”). The final regulations expand the flexibility and use of HRAs, providing employers with additional health plan options for employees. This webinar covered how employers used HRAs prior to the Affordable Care Act, the restrictions the Affordable Care Act placed on employers’ use of HRAs, the two HRA options under the final regulations, and what these new options mean for employers.
