Webinar: Health Care Reform Reporting Requirements

The Affordable Care Act mandates new, complex employer reporting obligations for employers with 50 or more full-time equivalent employees that go into effect for 2015, with the first set of reports due in January 2016. Employers must master a number of codes that the IRS will use to determine an employee’s eligibility for subsidies and the employer’s potential liability for “pay or play” penalties. In this 90-miinute webinar, our health care reform experts will explain the new reporting requirements and provide detailed guidance on how to complete the forms for various employment and benefit scenarios.
