As companies are starting to adjust to the new normal of working through this unprecedented turn of events, it is never too soon to prepare for the inevitable influx of lawsuits. In fact, dozens of coronavirus lawsuits have already been filed across the United States by consumers, workers, shareholders and citizen groups.

This webinar was the first in a two-part series and that provided a broad overview of the types of lawsuits being filed to help small and large companies spot potential issues within their own organization. From shareholder claims to wrongful death litigation, this webinar provided a broad overview of pending coronavirus litigation. The second webinar in the series titled “Managing Coronavirus Litigation Risk” provided practical advice for avoiding and managing litigation risk. That webinar took place on Tuesday, May 5, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. EST.
