Four partners at Warner Norcross + Judd LLP have been elected to the firm’s Management Committee.
R. Michael Azzi, Joscelyn Cekola Boucher and Jonathan E. Lauderbach each will serve a three-year term on the 10-member committee, which oversees the firm’s strategic vision and day-to-day operations. Linda Paullin-Hebden will fill the remainder of the term for Mark Wassink, who was elected Warner’s managing partner in January.
Azzi, who practices in the firm’s Grand Rapids office, concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, representing a wide range of clients in a diverse array of industries with a particular focus on intellectual property, bankruptcy and creditor rights litigation.
Boucher serves as the firm’s executive partner in Kalamazoo and concentrates her practice on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on representing emerging growth companies in all stages of development. She chairs Warner’s Funds and Investments Services Practice Group.
Lauderbach serves as the firm’s executive partner in Midland and represents publicly traded and privately held companies in commercial and bankruptcy litigation matters in courts throughout the Midwest with a focus on corporate governance, contract, restructuring, fiduciary duty, fraudulent transfer, land use and intellectual property.
Paullin-Hebden, who practices in the firm’s Detroit office, focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, investment adviser compliance and general corporate matters. She serves as securities compliance adviser to several registered investment advisers and as an adviser to closely held corporations and venture capital and private equity funds.
