She focuses her practice on resolving complex commercial disputes in the automotive, aerospace and industrial manufacturing industries. You practices in the firm’s Detroit office. &nbsp; &nbsp; Active professionally and in the community, You is a member of the Federal Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and Oakland County Bar Association. She serves on the boards of Inforum and the Detroit Bar Association and on the Sky Foundation Inc.’s Young Professionals Group.&nbsp;You is also a member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and a graduate of Leadership Oakland. &nbsp; You has been recognized as a Rising Star by&nbsp;Michigan Super Lawyers&nbsp;each year since 2016.
