Wind Point Partners, through its portfolio company, Pestell Group, has acquired BPV Environmental. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Byron Center, Michigan, BPV is a leading manufacturer of alternative, paper-based animal litter, small animal bedding, and lawn and garden products.

&nbsp; Combining Pestell and BPV will provide the opportunity to leverage both companies’ products, brand portfolios and distribution network within the U.S. and Canada. &nbsp; Warner acted as legal counsel to BPV Environmental.
