Wind Point Partners, through its portfolio company, Pestell Group, has acquired BPV Environmental. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Byron Center, Michigan, BPV is a leading manufacturer of alternative, paper-based animal litter, small animal bedding, and lawn and garden products.
Combining Pestell and BPV will provide the opportunity to leverage both companies’ products, brand portfolios and distribution network within the U.S. and Canada.
Warner acted as legal counsel to BPV Environmental.
