On July 1, 2024, Yeo & Yeo CPAs & Advisors, an accounting and advisory firm based in Michigan, acquired the practice of Berger, Ghersi & LaDuke PLC (BGL) of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
Yeo & Yeo has plans to create a new and larger office location in Southeast Michigan to unite professionals from both firms. The BGL practice and professionals will bring its accounting, audit, tax and consulting services to Yeo & Yeo, along with peer review.
