Warner Norcross + Judd LLP represented Rehmann, a Troy, Michigan-based fully integrated financial services and business advisory firm, in its acquisition of Orlando-based CPA firm Vestal &amp; Wiler.

The acquisition will allow Rehmann to expand into Florida, while clients of Vestal &amp; Wiler will benefit from the vast array of additional services Rehmann provides, including research and development credit studies, technology and cyber consulting, international tax and wealth management.

Warner served as legal counsel to Rehmann in all areas of the transaction. The Warner transaction team was led by David Klippert and included Bill Lentine and Johnny Pinjuv.
