Lumin Financial, LLC (“Lumin Financial”) merged its business into Perigon Wealth Management, LLC (“Perigon”). The acquisition was announced in early March. At the time of the transaction, Lumin had approximately $178 million in assets under management.

Founded in 2000 in Michigan, Lumin Financial provided investment advisory services to employer-sponsored ERISA retirement plans and 401(k) plan participants. It offered investment advisory services to high-net-worth investors and will continue to do so under <a href="https://www.perigonwealth.com/">Perigon Wealth Management</a>.

Warner served as legal counsel to Lumin Financial, representing the company in the negotiation and documentation of the transaction. The Warner transaction team was led by Linda Paullin-Hebden and included Sean Cook, Steve Palazzolo, Andrew Reside and Alan Jurcak.
