Warner Norcross &amp; Judd LLP represented Adtegrity.com, Inc. in the acquisition of Media Place Partners, LLC, an East Grand Rapids-based media buyer.

Based in Grand Rapids, Adtegrity provides digital and traditional advertising expertise across a variety of platforms, using technology to drive traffic to and measure customized, targeted campaigns. Through the acquisition of Media Place Partners, Adtegrity will be the largest independent media buying and advertising firm in the region, expanding its services beyond web and mobile and into the traditional advertising space.
