Draper's nomination read, in part: "Roquia understands that divorce is one of the most stressful, life-altering events in a person's life. She's a solutions-oriented attorney who works with clients to find creative, reasonable solutions tailored to their individual needs and life goals."

Draper concentrates her practice in family law litigation, with an emphasis in divorce proceedings, child custody cases, complex asset and business division and dispute resolution. Based in Warner's Southfield office, her practice focuses on providing creative solutions to challenging situations.

Draper currently serves as president of Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. She has consistently been named to&nbsp;Michigan Super Lawyers, including as a Rising Star since 2015, and has been listed as a Top Lawyer by&nbsp;DBusiness. In 2019, the American Institute of Trial Lawyers recognized Draper in Litigation of the Year in family law as well as a Top 40 Family Law Attorney under 40.

Draper is a member of the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, Oakland County Bar Association, Grand Rapids Bar Association and Wayne County Family Law Bar Association. She is a graduate of Leadership Detroit Class XXIX.
