Her nomination read, in part: "Katie has proven herself a strong advocate for her clients and provides specialty services that span across multiple industries. Katie’s natural persuasion abilities and zealous advocacy contribute to her success as an attorney. Pullen provides litigation services that span across multiple industries including automotive, commercial and healthcare. She has been named a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2016.

Active professionally and in the community, Pullen is a member of the Federal Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and Oakland County Bar Association. She has been actively involved in the Original Equipment Supplier Association serving as legal counsel for two councils. Pullen is a member of Inforum and a graduate of its Executive Leadership Program and is a graduate of Leadership Oakland. She also volunteers with Alternatives for Girls.

Pullen is a native of Midland and resides in Franklin with her husband, Jeff, and two sons, Jackson and Joshua. She holds a bachelor of science from Michigan State University and law degree from the University of Michigan Law School.
