Warner Partner Emily E. Cantor Recognized as Michigan Go To Lawyer for Cannabis Law by Michigan Lawyers Weekly

Warner Norcross + Judd LLP partner Emily E. Cantor is being recognized as a Michigan Go To Lawyer for cannabis law by Michigan Lawyers Weekly.

Now in its fifth year, the Go To Lawyers program recognizes top attorneys around the state in a given practice area. Cantor is one of 17 attorneys who will be recognized in a special section of the publication on July 15 for her work in cannabis law.

In addition to advising clients on cannabis-related transactions and compliance, Cantor assists companies across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, retail and distribution, with a broad range of legal matters that include mergers and acquisitions, liquor license transactions and compliance, contract development and review and corporate governance.

She has been recognized professionally for her achievements, including being named to Best Lawyers in America® and as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers.

Cantor is a member of the State Bar of Michigan. She currently serves on the board for the Grand Rapids Public Schools Foundation.

Cantor holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a law degree from the U-M Law School.
