Warner was pleased to support Fifth Third Bank in its role as lead lender for The Scott at Brush Park, a $65 million, 199 unit Midtown apartment building developed by Broder & Sachse. The building is considered to be the premiere apartment project currently underway in Detroit.
The complex financing package enabling the project is the focus of a Crain’s Detroit Business article (February 3, 2016) which quoted Matt Casey, a partner at Warner, as saying, "Fifth Third's $42.66 million commitment allowed the project to get underway quickly and helped to ensure that it will be completed as planned."
Warner partner David Eberhard, who was also involved in the negotiations, said, “Although there were a number of partners involved and a number of layers to finalize, the entire team had a genuine enthusiasm for the project that pushed us all to work closely and cooperatively. We’re delighted to play whatever role we can in Detroit’s comeback story.”
Both Casey and Eberhard practice in the Warner Macomb County office. Subscribers to Crain’s Detroit Business can read the full article HERE.
