Warner was pleased to support Fifth Third Bank in its role as lead lender for The Scott at Brush Park, a $65 million, 199 unit Midtown apartment building developed by Broder &amp; Sachse.  The building is considered to be the premiere apartment project currently underway in Detroit.

The complex financing package enabling the project is the focus of a Crain’s Detroit Business article (February 3, 2016) which quoted Matt Casey, a partner at Warner, as saying, "Fifth Third's $42.66 million commitment allowed the project to get underway quickly and helped to ensure that it will be completed as planned."
