Ciaravino focuses his practice on patent matters including preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications in the mechanical and electrical arts.&nbsp;He also counsels clients regarding infringement, validity, licensing, portfolio management and due diligence. Prior to joining Warner , Ciaravino served as an intelligence officer in the U. S. Air Force.

Ciaravino became a partner in January 2016 and was named as a&nbsp;Michigan Super Lawyers Rising Star&nbsp;in 2017. Ciaravino holds a bachelor of science in engineering from the University of Michigan&nbsp;magna cum laude&nbsp;and a law degree from Michigan State University College of Law&nbsp;summa cum laude.

Ciaravino resides in Grosse Pointe with his wife, Katerina, and their three children. Ciaravino volunteers as a hockey coach for a local nonprofit youth organization in Detroit and has provided pro bono legal services for veterans in partnership with the American Bar Association.
