David L.J.M. Skidmore, a partner at the law firm Warner Norcross &amp; Judd LLP, has been elected treasurer of the Probate &amp; Estate Planning Section of the Michigan State Bar.

A graduate of Leadership Grand Rapids, he has volunteered his time and leadership skills with groups such as Grand Rapids Civic Theatre, Widowed Persons Service, Hillman Advocacy Program, Michigan Bankers Association and Grand Rapids Public Schools.
