(OTCQX:FETM), announced that on December 12, 2016, it had closed on the issuance of 1,071,428 shares of its common stock at a price of $14.00 per share, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $15 million. The proceeds of the offering will be used to fund the pending acquisition of Community Bancorp, Inc., to support Fentura's continued growth, and for other corporate purposes.
