The law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has elected three partners to serve on its Management Committee.
Loren Andrulis, Rob M. Davies and Douglas A. Dozeman will each serve three-year terms on the law firm’s 10-member Management Committee. The committee, which is chaired by Managing Partner Douglas E. Wagner, is responsible for the strategic vision and day-to-day operations of Warner Norcross, the largest law firm headquartered in West Michigan and the second largest in the state.
Loren Andrulis concentrates his practice in business law, with an emphasis in securities, corporate and real estate matters. Andrulis is chair of the firm's Legal Practice and New Business committees and co-chair of the firm's Funds and Investment Services Practice Group. He has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America, Michigan Super Lawyers and Leading Lawyers Michigan. Andrulis serves on the executive committee of Grand Action. He volunteers as a reading tutor with Schools of Hope and with Habitat for Humanity of Kent County.
Rob M. Davies concentrates his practice in the leasing, development, financing, acquisition and sale of real property, including business and residential condominiums. He also serves as borrower and lender counsel in commercial finance transactions. Davies was named a rising star by Michigan Super Lawyers. Davies is a member of the Commercial Alliance of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Douglas A. Dozeman concentrates his practice in complex business litigation, concentrating on intellectual property disputes and individual civil litigation. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Michigan Super Lawyers, Benchmark Litigation and Chambers USA. He has also been elected a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. Dozeman serves on the board of directors of Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce and serves on the board of the Hope Housing Commission.
