Borst, who concentrates his practice in trusts and estate planning, is among the panelists for “Top Financial Tips: Budgeting, Credit, Debt, Retirement, Estate Planning and Taxes.” The panel discussion and resource fair will take place 6:30-8 p.m. at the Michigan State University Kent County Extension Office, 775 Ball Ave. NE. &nbsp; Borst joins a panel of other local experts from Kroon &amp; Mitchell, Michigan State University Extension and Senior Advisory Services PLLC. Slated this year for April 18-25, the Federal Reserve Bank’s Money Smart Week –– is a national public awareness campaign aimed at promoting financial education across all age groups, financial situations and walks of life. The annual program takes place in 45 states, with more than 500 events planned this year in Michigan.
