Warner Norcross + Judd LLP and the Association of Corporate Counsel will co-host a Data Solutions Fall Symposium on Friday, Oct. 23 in Grand Rapids.
The half-day program will feature updates and best practices on records information management, data security and privacy and eDiscovery issues. It will begin with registration at 8:15 a.m. at the Kroc Community Center, 2500 S. Division Ave. SW and wrap up after a networking lunch at 1 p.m.
The first session at 9 a.m. will be a panel discussion focused on “Amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedures,” which will become effective Dec. 1. The FRCP panel will feature the Hon. Paul L. Maloney of the Western District Court of Michigan, along with Andrea Bernard and Scott Carvo, both partners at the firm. B. Jay Yelton III, a partner who co-chairs the firm’s Data Solutions Practice Group, will moderate the panel.
