Warner Norcross + Judd LLP today announced five attorneys have been named partners.
The new partners are Daniel G. Bonucchi, Ashley G. Chrysler, Adam T. Ratliff, Amber M. Underhill and Carly A. Zagaroli. Bonucchi is based in Macomb County; Ratliff is based in Detroit. Chrysler, Underhill and Zagaroli are based in Grand Rapids. All are members of the State Bar of Michigan.

Bonucchi is a corporate attorney who brings a practical, client-focused perspective to his work in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance and general business matters for automotive suppliers and other clients. With firsthand experience having worked in both commercial and legal roles at leading Michigan manufacturers, Bonucchi understands how to navigate the varied and often competing operational and strategic concerns of today’s business leaders. Since 2020, he has been named to the Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch list.
Bonucchi holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a law degree magna cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy, where he was title editor of the University of Detroit Law Review.
Chrysler is litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, environmental matters and appeals. She has extensive experience litigating before administrative tribunals and state and federal trial and appellate courts, including as a member of the team who argued in the U.S. Supreme Court. She is a member of the American Bar Association and Grand Rapids Bar Association. A graduate of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce Emerging Leader Series, Chrysler serves on the Equine Assisted Development board. She has been named to the Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch list since 2021; last year, she was recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine.
Chrysler holds a bachelor’s degree summa cum laude from Saginaw Valley State University. She holds a law degree summa cum laude from the MSU College of Law, where she was senior managing editor of the Michigan State Law Review.
Ratliff is a trial and appellate litigator whose practice focuses on complex and high stakes matters for the automotive supply chain and other clients. He has extensive experience in appellate litigation before state and federal courts, including as a member of a team who argued in the U.S. Supreme Court. Ratliff is a member of the American Bar Association, Detroit Bar Association and Oakland Bar Association. He has been named to the Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch list since 2021; last year, he was recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine.
Ratliff holds a bachelor’s degree from MSU and a law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.
Underhill concentrates her intellectual property practice on trademark, trade dress, unfair competition and copyright matters for clients in the consumer goods, automotive, higher education, emerging media and other industries. She also has experience managing global trademark portfolios and in global anti-counterfeiting and trademark enforcement measures. Underhill is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association. She serves on the Famous and Well-Known Marks Committee of the International Trademark Association and on the council of the Intellectual Property Law Section of the Michigan State Bar. She was named a Top Lawyer in copyright law by Grand Rapids Magazine last year.
Underhill holds a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University and her law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School.
Zagaroli focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and insurance law for a wide range of corporate and insurance clients. She advises clients on trial procedure, alternative dispute resolution, risk analysis, proper insurance, the claims-making process and claim disputes. Zagaroli is a member of the American Bar Association, Grand Rapids Bar Association and a graduate of the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce’s Emerging Leaders Series. She also serves as secretary of Make-A-Wish Michigan’s Leadership Advisory Council. She has been named to the Best Lawyers®: Ones to Watch list; she has been recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers Magazine since 2021. She was also named to the Lawyer Helps Pro Bono Honor Roll last year by the State Bar of Michigan.
Zagaroli holds a bachelor’s degree magna cum laude from Saint Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana and her law degree summa cum laude from MSU College of Law.
