In today’s Law Shanty video, Steve Palazzolo updates us on the CMS mandate, OSHA ETS mandate and changes to the CDC isolation and quarantine guidelines. When the Sixth Circuit Court lifted the Fifth Circuit Court’s stay on OSHA’s ETS, emergency petitions were filed to reinstate the stay. For now, and until the Court issues a decision on these petitions, Steve urges employers to work towards the upcoming deadline for ETS compliance. He also provides an outline of the latest changes to the CDC isolation and quarantine guidelines.
