Johnson & Johnson and Moderna will be following suit and could receive approvals for their vaccines in the coming months. President Joe Biden has mandated federal employees to be vaccinated and urges employers across the country to do the same. This raises the question yet again: As an employer, can you mandate employees to be vaccinated? Two large lawsuits put that question to the test. The answer is yes, with exceptions.
