Stephanie H. Grant has joined the law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP as senior counsel.
Grant concentrates her practice in taxation, labor and employment and employee benefits and compensation programs. In that capacity, she advises clients on a range of issues including health and welfare benefits, Affordable Care Act, Internal Revenue Code compliance and qualified retirement plan matters. She will practice in the firm’s Southfield office.
Prior to joining Warner Norcross, Grant was an attorney with Dykema Gossett PLLC in Bloomfield Hills where she counseled clients on employee benefits and executive compensation programs.
Active professionally and in the community, Grant works with the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund’s Name Change Project, which she helped implement in Michigan. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association.
Grant holds her juris doctorate cum laude from Wayne State University Law School and a bachelor of science degree cum laude in finance from Butler University in Indianapolis.
Grant and her husband, Carl, currently reside in Ferndale.
