Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney Sarah Harper has joined the Emerging Leaders Council for D.A. Blodgett – St. John’s.
The Emerging Leaders Council exists to develop new relationships and engage diverse and younger supporters of DABSJ. The council cultivates leadership, volunteerism and philanthropy to help sustain and advance DABSJ’s mission to help children and empower families by providing safety, advocacy and support.
Harper is based in Warner’s Grand Rapid’s office and assists publicly traded and privately held companies and nonprofits on a wide range of matters – including securities law compliance matters, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and contract development and review.
