Warner Norcross + Judd LLP has named Robert A. Dubault executive partner of its Muskegon office.
In his new role, Dubault will lead Warner’s Muskegon office, which serves clients in business law, labor and employment law, tax law, employee benefits, environmental law, intellectual property, estate and trust planning, international law, real estate and related litigation. Muskegon is one of nine Warner offices across Michigan.
Dubault concentrates his practice in labor and employment law and is a member of Warner’s aerospace and defense and government services, financial services and higher education industry groups. He represents both public and private sector employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters, including drafting employment-related agreements and documents, avoiding and responding to employment discrimination issues, wage and hour compliance, workplace leave and disability discrimination laws, workplace harassment avoidance and investigations, union relations, collective bargaining and related areas.
Dubault serves on the Employers Association of West Michigan board and Michigan Bankers Association Advisor to Human Resources Committee. He also is a member of the Muskegon Museum of Art board.
He has been named Lawyer of the Year in labor law by Best Lawyers in America©, which has recognized him since 2010. He is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and Muskegon County Bar Association.
