Warner Norcross & Judd is representing Perrigo in the purchase of Geiss, Destin & Dunn, Inc., a national distributor located in Peachtree City, GA, specializing in the sales, supply and marketing of health and personal care products to wholesalers, retailers and institutions. The deal is expected to close at the end of August.
