NCMA International Contracting Series Part 3: Export Control Compliance

Thursday, April 13, 2023
12:00 noon - 1:30 p.m. ET

Presented by Warner attorney Adam Bruski, this was the final training in the National Contract Management Association's (NCMA) three-part series on international contracting. This session was a deep dive into the extensive export controls governing the flow of domestic and foreign products and information. U.S. government contractors and subcontractors must be ready to comply. Attendees left this training ready to identify and mitigate potential export risks.

Part One of this series gave an overview of international contracting considerations and Part 2 took a deep dive into Buy American and Trade Agreements. Feel free to register for just one of the trainings or join us for the entire series!

1.5 CPE/CLP credits offered for participation.

NCMA member registration price is $55.00.
Non-member registration price is $69.00.
