Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Partner <a href="https://www.wnj.com/people/richard-a-roane/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Ric Roane</a>, who has three decades of family law and domestic relations litigation experience, will participate in the faculty of the National Family Law Trial Institute’s extensive week-long litigation skills course in Houston. NFLTI’s nationally renowned faculty includes top family law litigators, jurists and forensic experts from across the country.

Stephen Kolodny, NFLTI’s founder, describes the institute’s faculty as “some of the best family law trial lawyers in the country who are giving-back by training other lawyers to be the best they can be in a courtroom. We know that enhancing attorneys’ skills will make them better at overall representation of their clients. Making better lawyers is our goal.”

What has become known as the Houston Family Law Trial Institute is held each May at the NFLTI’s offices with this year’s event running from May 18-25. About the speaker: Ric Roane has practiced family law and domestic relations litigation for more than 30 years. He specializes in divorce, non-marital domestic relationships, LGBTQ+ family issues, domestic relations mediation, arbitration and collaborative law, spousal support, child custody and support, complex business valuation distribution, pre- and post-nuptial agreements and all aspects of international family law.
