Brady’s nomination letter read in part: “Michael has played a leading role in growing Warner’s Detroit presence and uses his decades of experience to give back to the legal community by mentoring numerous attorneys and ensuring they receive the support, advice and guidance they need to become successful practitioners. He regularly speaks at conferences and authors articles, most recently counseling automotive suppliers as they navigate the tumultuous global supply chain.”&nbsp;

As executive partner of Warner’s Detroit and Bloomfield Hills offices, Brady leads the operations for more than 40 attorneys from across the firm’s 13 industry groups and 18 specialized practice groups.

Brady concentrates his practice on representing clients in complex business litigation, supply chain disputes and class action matters. He has extensive experience in supply chain contract negotiations, pricing and warranty disputes, antitrust issues and internal compliance investigations. Brady co-chairs the firm’s Automotive Industry Group, chairs the Class Action Practice Group and is immediate past chair of the Litigation Practice Group.&nbsp;

Active professionally and in the community, Brady serves as legal counsel to the Original Equipment Supplier Association’s Sales Executive Council. He is a longtime board member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Michigan Chapter and a former chair of the board. &nbsp; Brady was named to the 2022 Detroit 500 and is consistently recognized for his litigation work by&nbsp;Best Lawyers in America©,&nbsp;Michigan Super Lawyers&nbsp;and&nbsp;as a Top Lawyer by&nbsp;DBusiness. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan.
