Michigan Capital Network invites members, investors, portfolio companies and other partners to its 2023 Fall Fund Update at the beautiful Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park in Grand Rapids. Warner Norcross + Judd LLP is pleased to sponsor the event that convenes stakeholders of MCN, the venture capital firm that invests in early-stage companies, primarily in life sciences, advanced manufacturing, software and technology sectors.
Warner attorneys Loren Andrulis, Josie Boucher and Andrea McGrew will be on stage during the afternoon breakout sessions to share an overview of legal changes that impact private funds and investments. The panel will cover topics including the Corporate Transparency Act, changes in investment advisor regulations and the new M&A broker exemption under the Securities Exchange Act.
