Michael Brady, executive partner of the Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Detroit office, has been named to the Detroit 500.
Published by DBusiness, the Detroit 500 is a comprehensive list of business leaders from more than 30 industries across metro Detroit and Michigan. Honorees are considered some of the most influential business leaders in Michigan based on extensive biographical research done by the magazine’s staff. These individuals were selected based on a number of factors, including organization size, growth rate, geographical reach, recent accomplishments and their extensive personal networks.
Brady has worked closely with Warner’s automotive supplier clients in navigating numerous issues that the industry has confronted over the last few years, including contract negotiations, increasing supply chain costs, addressing stop ship threats and warranty disputes. Most recently, Brady has been working with his supplier clients to minimize risks with respect to the UAW strike.
As executive partner of Warner’s Detroit office, Brady leads operations for more than 40 attorneys from across the firm’s 14 industry groups and 18 specialized practice groups. Brady co-chairs the firm’s Automotive Industry Group and is the immediate past chair of the Litigation and Class Action Practice Groups. He concentrates his practice on representing clients in complex business litigation, supply chain disputes and class action matters. Brady has extensive experience in supply chain contract negotiations, pricing and warranty disputes, antitrust issues and internal compliance investigations.
Active professionally and in the community, Brady serves as legal counsel to the MEMA Original Equipment Suppliers Association’s CEO Council. He is a longtime board member for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Michigan Chapter where he is a former board chair.
Brady is consistently recognized for his litigation work by Best Lawyers in America©, Michigan Super Lawyers, Michigan Lawyers Weekly and as a Top Lawyer by DBusiness. He is a member of the Federal Bar Association, American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and Oakland County Bar Association.
