Linda Paullin-Hebden, executive partner at the Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Southfield office, was named to the Crain's Detroit Business "Notable Women Lawyers in Michigan” list.
After working with legal experts from across Michigan to define program criteria, Crain's included Paullin-Hebden on the inaugural list honoring women who set legal precedents, manage high-profile cases, serve on community boards, win awards and mentor co-workers.
Paullin-Hebden's nomination read, in part: "Linda thoughtfully guides her clients through sophisticated and complex legal issues, often using creative thinking to find alternative solutions for her stakeholders. She is a visionary leading more than 50 attorneys and staff, a tireless advocate for women and a mentor to younger attorneys inside and outside of the firm. A leader in every sense of the word."
At Warner , Paullin-Hebden concentrates her practice in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, investment adviser compliance and general corporate matters. She has been elected to the firm’s Management Committee and has served as chair of the Business Practice Group, one of the largest groups in the firm.
Paullin-Hebden serves on the board of directors for the Detroit Historical Society, the board of governors for the Skyline Club, and is active with the Michigan Women’s Foundation and Inforum. Previously, she was recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as one of its leading “Women in Law.” She has also been named to Best Lawyers in America, Top Lawyer in Securities Law by DBusiness, a Michigan Super Lawyer and was included on the 2016 Crain's Detroit Business "100 Most Influential Women" list.
