Joscelyn C. Boucher has joined the law firm of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP as a partner.
Boucher concentrates her practice on corporate and securities law, serving the needs of emerging growth companies through strategic alliances, venture capital financing, private placements and other transactions. She regularly advises clients on deal structure and strategy. Boucher works extensively with emerging companies, serving as general counsel for those focused on life science, biotechnology and pharmaceutical development companies, among others. She will practice in the firm’s Kalamazoo office.
Boucher brings more than 14 years of experience to her new role with Warner, most recently as a partner with Honigman. She began her career at Dickinson Wright LLC before moving to Miller Canfield.
Boucher has been recognized by Michigan Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. She is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan and the Kalamazoo Bar Association.
Outside of the office, Boucher serves on the board of the Stulberg International String Competition and on the Outreach Subcommittee of Michigan Community Resources.
Boucher earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and her doctor of juris prudence from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was an editor with the Michigan Law Review.
A native of Kalamazoo, she currently resides there with her husband, Ryan, and their children, Alayna, Allison and Elizabeth.
