Warner Norcross + Judd LLP attorney Jarrod H. Trombley has been appointed new Grand Rapids regional co-chair of Michigan Defense Trial Counsel.
MDTC is an association of the leading lawyers in the state of Michigan who are dedicated to representing individuals and corporations in civil litigation. As the state’s premier organization of civil litigators, the impact of MDTC members is felt through its Amicus Briefs, often filed by express invitation of the Supreme Court, through its far-reaching and well-respected quarterly publication and through its timely and well-received seminars. MDTC also provides an avenue for fellow lawyers to network with each other and with potential clients and members of the judiciary.
Trombley is based in Warner’s Grand Rapid’s office and is a commercial litigator who represents corporations, business owners, colleges and universities, employers dealing with labor and employment claims and in real estate disputes. His experience spans contractual disputes, noncompete and non-solicitation claims, fraudulent transfer claims, shareholder oppression cases, internal business disputes, conflicts involving upper management and LLC or corporate owners, as well as issues arising from business breakups or winddowns.
