The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the State Bar of Michigan’s Real Estate Section are co-hosting the “ICSC + Continuing Education Michigan” seminar and networking event on Thursday, April 18 at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi. The seminar will feature a full day of continuing education sessions where professionals will learn about emerging issues, trends and recent developments in the local/regional commercial/retail real estate market.
Attendees will hear from industry leaders on a number of topics, including legal issues, financing strategies and more. The event is tailored to real estate professionals who serve the interests of developers, owners, lenders, tenants, leasing agents and managers.

Attendees will gain deeper knowledge on incentives available and how to utilize incentives to produce results.
