Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Partner Homayune A. Ghaussi has been named to the Lawyers of Color’s 2023 Power List.
Lawyers of Color is a nonprofit devoted to promoting diversity in the legal profession and advancing democracy and equality in marginalized communities. The Power List is a comprehensive collection of minority leaders in the legal profession and includes attorneys, law school deans, and legal media and nonprofit leaders.
Ghaussi, a member of Warner’s Management Committee and chair of the firm’s Supply Chain Litigation Practice Group and newly established Supply Chain Industry Group, focuses his practice on both supply chain litigation and commercial contract negotiation. He represents clients in complex litigation and commercial disputes, including through jury trials and arbitration hearings. He also regularly serves as transactional and contracts counsel for automotive, manufacturing and raw material suppliers based throughout the United States and Europe.
Ghaussi is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Panel and serves on the board for the Friends of the Public Private Partnership for Justice Reform in Afghanistan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, State Bar of California, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association and Oakland County Bar Association.
