As we enter the latest stage of COVID-19, employers with retirement plans face new challenges ranging from the return of furloughed or rehired employees to attracting and retaining employees being asked to work in challenging conditions for reduced pay and/or hours. Beyond these immediate challenges, there are a number of year-end to-do list items and law changes on the horizon for retirement plans in 2021.
