Part 1: Changes to Retirement Plan Eligibility and Contributions

In Part 1, Warner Partners Heidi Lyon and Jennifer Watkins will review sections of the SECURE Act 2.0 affecting eligibility and money going into plans – such as part-time employee coverage, automatic enrollment, changes to age 50 catch-up contributions, Roth options, and opportunities to help employees with student debt and emergency savings. You won’t want to miss it!

Part 2: Distribution Rule Revisions

April 12, 2023 12:00 noon – 1:00 p.m. ET

In Part 2, Warner Partners Heidi Lyon and Jennifer Watkins will discuss the new SECURE ACT 2.0 provisions impacting money being distributed from plans – including changes to the required minimum distribution rules and new distribution options available. They will also cover other sections of the Act that touch on new notice requirements, pension de-risking, and amendment deadlines. We look forward to seeing you then!
