Warner Norcross + Judd LLP Partner Emily Rucker has been appointed to Inforum’s West Michigan Regional Council. The term is a three-year commitment.

Rucker’s legal practice focuses on construction and supply chain litigation and dispute resolution. She represents automotive suppliers and other manufacturers in a variety of supply chain matters including pricing, breach of contract and contract termination matters. In the construction industry, she supports owners, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers in resolving a variety of disputes, including construction lien and payment claims and defect and delay matters. Rucker is named among the Best Lawyers® Grand Rapids Commercial Litigation “Ones to Watch” List, recognized as a Michigan Super Lawyer Rising Star and was awarded the Grand Rapids Bar Association 3 in 10 Award.
