Leadership Kalamazoo provides a unique opportunity for a diverse group of current and emerging community leaders to learn and to work together. The program also raises community awareness through expert presenters and panels that allow participants to create a positive community impact and commit themselves to leadership roles in the community. &nbsp; Von Eitzen is a litigator who concentrates her practice in bankruptcy matters, creditors’ rights and real estate litigation. &nbsp; She serves on the board of the Turnaround Management Association, West Michigan Chapter, where she also chairs the Programming Committee. Von Eitzen is also a member of Inforum and the YWCA. She is a member of the Kalamazoo Bar Association, Grand Rapids Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, American Bar Association and Federal Bar Association, where she serves on the Bankruptcy Section Steering Committee. &nbsp; Von Eitzen has been recognized as a Rising Star by Michigan Super Lawyers since 2013.&nbsp; &nbsp;
