As previously discussed in <a href="~/Publications/DOL-Issues-Fact-Sheets-and-Q-A-for-Paid-Sick-Leave" target="_parent" rel="noopener">Warner’s Q&amp;A for Paid Sick Leave eAlert (3.25.20)</a>, the Wage and Hour Division of the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) continues to issue guidance on the Emergency Family Medical Leave Expansion Act and Paid Sick Leave Act provisions of the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), primarily through online questions and answers (Q&amp;As).&nbsp;Yesterday, March 29, 2020, the DOL added 20 additional Q&amp;As which can be found <a href="https://www.dol.gov/agencies/whd/pandemic/ffcra-questions" target="_blank" rel="noopener">here</a>. While not as significant as previous submissions, these Q&amp;As do provide some additional information, including:
